Important Telephone numbers when staying on the Costa del Sol

When you are travelling to Spain, ensure you bring with you your E111. As this will entitle you to free medical care in the social security medical centre in La Cala de Mijas, The Hospital Costa del Sol or the Amblutorio in Fuengirola. Without this you will have to seek medical attention at one of the many Private Health care facilities. A visit to the doctor could cost you over 100 euros.

Property Management


 Inmobiliaria Atlantis PMR manage over 30 properties on the Costa del Sol, carrying out property inspections every 2 weeks. In the case of bad weather additional checks are carried out. Depending on the Management Package you choose for your property will determine the services that are included within that package.

Meeting and Greeting Service

Jason and Luis will meet and greet clients at the property and introduce them to the property, community as well as providing information about the surrounding area. They will also provide you with an information manual related to the property you are staying. There may also be gift vouchers and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The refundable key deposit is paid on arrival.
 
The standard arrival time for a property is at 3pm til 9.30pm. If you request permission to enter a property before this arrival time, please ensure you have contacted Jason/Luis before your arrival. Any late arrival after 9.30pm and before 8,00am will incur a fee of 50, 00 Euros.
Jason/Luis will check you out of the property on the day of your departure. Any breakages, losses or damages to the property will be deducted from the Key deposit. The balance will be returned after the property has been checked. Departure of the property is at 10.00am. Any departure prior to 08.00am and after 9.30pm will incur 50, 00 Euros. If you wish to leave later than 10.00am you will need to ask special permission when booking the property. This would only be possible if there are no arrivals on the same day.
